Governor O’Malley and Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell faced off on CNN’s “State of the Union.” The Governor thought it was time for us to have an “adult conversation” and that we need to have the “courage to invest in our children’s education, invest in innovation and rebuild the infrastructure of our country.”
